The Host

Your esteemed host, Sinéad Carroll, stands at the forefront of the digital realm as the Founder and CEO of the Irish Blogger Agency. With a rich history dating back to 2015, Sinéad has been a pioneering force, orchestrating events tailored for influencers and content creators for over a decade. Her visionary leadership has not only propelled the Irish Blogger Agency to new heights but has also significantly shaped the landscape of influencer marketing in the industry. With a keen understanding of the evolving dynamics in the digital space, Sinéad brings a wealth of experience to the table, making her the perfect guide for an event that promises to be both insightful and inspiring.

THE MC

Jamie is a Gaeilgeoir from Dingle and is a TV presenter, Journalist, MC & Host! Jamie is skilled in TV presenting and has been the presenter on various children's programmes including Eco Laoch & Cúla 4 ar scoil. Jamie currently works as a journalist & presenter for Nuacht Cula 4 (Irish language children’s news programme). Jamie also worked as a producer with the new children's Irish language channel - Cúla 4 and TG4.

Matthew Collins - The Sibly Food Company

Matthew Collins is a 26 year old teacher, turned business owner, founder of The Sibly Food Company. Starting in his parent's kitchen, he has successfully expanded the business to supply over 400 outlets nationwide, supported by a dedicated team.

It’s a fantastic success story as Matthew has transformed a college-based side hustle into a €1m contract with one of the country's largest supermarket chains. Following on from winning a silver medal at the Blas na hÉireann Awards, Matthew has recently signed has signed a 12-month, nationwide deal to supply Aldi with its healthy, hunger-busting energy balls via 161 stores.

Rory King - Rory’s Travel Club

Award Winning Travel Influencer Rory King, the visionary behind Rory's Travel Club, is a globetrotter with a passion for curating extraordinary travel experiences. Hailing from Downpatrick, Co Down Rory has seamlessly blended his love for exploration with entrepreneurship. The Cork native started her career as a blogger when she was 21 and has successfully become a well know personality and business owner. Lauren’s expertise and unique perspective, with make her an ideal candidate to contribution to the vibrant discussions we have planned.

Aisling McCarthy - Bits and Bites.ie

Aisling McCarthy, the creative force behind Bites and Bites.ie, is a culinary enthusiast on a mission to tantalise taste buds and inspire food lovers. With a keen eye for flavour and a passion for sharing Cork Bites and much more on food and travel on her Instagram and TikTok. Aisling’s food and beverage content has grabbed the attention of restaurants, bars and supermarkets across Cork and Ireland. This success has enabled Aisling to transform her hobby into a thriving business at Byte.ie.

Tadgh O’Donovan - Teach With Tadgh

Tadgh O'Donovan, also known as TeachWithTadgh, is an Irish Science educator at Carrigaline Community School, making waves in the realm of online education. Through his engaging free live Science lessons on TikTok, TeachWithTadgh has become a sensation, fostering a global community of nearly 400,000 followers on TikTok and 180,000 on Instagram. Over 35,000 enthusiastic learners regularly join his Wednesday evening live sessions to delve into the wonders of Science. Beyond his educational pursuits, TeachWithTadgh's day-to-day content spans from insightful school-related humor to glimpses into his personal interests like boxing, fitness, and rugby.

Chelsea Henchy

Chelsea Henchy, originally from Offaly and now residing in Cork, has earned recognition for her comedic skits, dance performances, and advocacy for mental health awareness. Since April 2020, she has been dedicated to creating content under the username "chelsea_1302," aiming to spread joy and happiness across various platforms.

In her everyday life, Chelsea serves as a full-time Additional Needs Assistant at Carrigaline Community School. Beyond her passion for creating content, she finds interest in fashion, food, and the allure of travel.
